Am I in Queue or Something else wrong xD (simple noobsh question)

Yo all,
Just a few questions normally don't play games with queues like this before so little confused. My issue is can't even get pass 'connecting to account server' Is that normal or a even larger issue? Also when ever or if ever in a queue how do i check where I am in it like every one else has. Hearing people say they are 1000 or what ever how do I check where I am. Thanks again xD
