Become a founder .. welcome to the huge queue?

I don't understand the logic of people like me pre-ordering and becoming founders (a good number of us taking part in closed beta weekends), and now the open beta is running we get the privilege of being 8,756 or so in line to join the server. Did we really pre-order for some in-game stuff, and 3-5 days of instant log ins? Has that all gone now? Perhaps you should reconsider us being lumped in with all the open beta people without any preferential treatment for log in or queues, despite the fact we've paid to play.

I was going to send this as a support ticket and not be so public, but when I clicked that link I got a Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) .. awesome.

An official response would be welcome please .. I'm not particularly happy about this.
