Claiming founder's bonuses with multiple toons.

I have 2 characters rolled now and 3 emails on each one (welcome to neverwinter, hero and guardian pack). Someone can tell me if there are any items that are exclusive for the first character that opens the pack? Or I can open all 3 emails with all my toons and get the same rewards? Thanks!

    I think you'll get everything in both boxes on both toons with no problems. I recommend opening the hero and opening the regalia box before opening the guardian pack. I couldn't open it because I had the regalia mask from the guardian pack in my inventory already and putting it in the bank didn't help either. That was yesterday though, it may have been fixed. I was worried about the greycloak item but all your toons will get it.

    The only thing that isn't shared are the astral diamonds I think.

    But the astrals are locked on character or account? I though they were not in the packs, I was exploring the interface and saw a buttom to claim it.

    AD are one time to the character that accepted them, not account.

    I think you can claim a portion of them if you want to spread them across multiple characters also. Not 100% sure but I think that is the case.

    I didn't get the emails in game. Is there something I need to do first?

    . . . . .I just use the AD Exchange to spread out and hold my surplus ADs. I deposit all my ADs into the exchange as a temporary silly listing and then cancel it - this deposits the ADs into the shared Exchange. I then just log into whatever character needs ADs and withdraw how much they need. Do note, the AD Exchange is unique per Shard, so you cannot xfer ADs across Shards.

    You can definitely just claim however much you want out of the 2 million or 600k you get for each character. I have rolled two characters to 11 or 12 and gave them each 50k.

    Hmm, the Neverwinter FAQ says;

    "Astral Diamonds once per account"

    But the Neverwinter Extended FAQ says;

    "The Astral Diamonds are provided to the account, so you'll be able to use them on any of your characters."

    I'm guessing the extended is more accurate as it s newer and the non-extended FAQ still shows the old AD payout for the founder packs.
