"you've got mail" no I dont..

Sometimes (seemingly randomly) a message will pop up on my screen telling me I have a new in-game mail message. I go and check my mail and there isn't one..

Not sure what is causing this, but it is a little annoying after a while.

    I just delete all my mail as soon as I read them. I find it extremely annoying having the little mail icon flashing because there's already READ messages in my inbox. It should only be acting that way for unread messages. Really hope they change this eventually.

    I've been having the same problem. The messages finally showed up a few hours later.

    same here, just noticed it today because I cleared everything out of my mail yesterday when I started playing. The icon is lit as though there is mail. If I open the mail tab, the icon will dim, but as soon as I walk away from the postmaster, it relights

    I have gotten this too. it says you have mail then there is nothing in the in box

    . . . . Do you play CO or STO, or both? If so, you may have mail there. I had this happen to me in BW2. I got mail in STO and it was causing mail in NWO to flash, yet I could not see any mail. I log into STO, read the mail and go back to NWO and it's cleared. Happened 3 times, I reported it also.

    Yup, getting the exact same problem. It wouldn't bother me if I wasn't so OCD.
