FINALLY somone with some Brains in their Head! THANK YOU vulup!

He wasn't agreeing with you. Your position is that the very ruleset is undesirable and fails to live up to D&D as you prefer it to be. If you prefer the older rulesets, there is absolutely nothing to prevent you from utilising them in your tabletop experience. But what is unrealistic and not reasonable is to suggest that you have authority to dictate how ideas naturally evolve over time, or how they are instantiated by new developers.
It's not that you are criticising the change; you seem to be outright condemning it. It just seems a little ignorant to suggest your preferred notion of D&D is the way it ought to be and remain for all time.

Much of these departures from traditional DnD are simply down to the change in the ruleset of 4e, and all the other changes have been largely necessary to make a tabletop game into a MMO RPG. This is a profit driven industry. If you do not like that, as you have justifiable reason not to, then do not participate. Stick to your uncorruptible tabletop....

MY POINT is they put a D&D label on something that is NOT DONE! 1.no diverse armor 2.no diverse weapons 3.They did not even touch CLASS DIVERSITY! this game is not D&D it shamefully carries the franchise and ranks with Dagger Dale! IN FACT DDO is far better and that game was terrible!

There is no reason for this thread to exist. This is clearly a troll thread, with no beneficial information that can be used to better our game.

There are many of us that would like to see more D&D coded into the game, myself included, however the message must be politely worded, and be pertinent, useful and respectful. Otherwise, the message is lost, behind the flames.
