Can't contact support?

When I click the support button for any of the Perfect World websites, I get an error message "This webpage has a redirect loop". I have tried using Firefox, Chrome, and IE as browsers. I have deleted cookies for Perfect world, and deleted all cookies altogether. Nothing I do seems to get me to be able to use the support button. Is there an alternate website or straight up e-mail I can use?

Please email customerservice@perfectworld.com with a subject of Support Error - Redirect Loop! and explain this to them in the email as well as whatever you need to contact them for.
