Hello Artists and Graphic Designers!

Today, I would like to begin a contest that would benefit us both. For me - the design of a fantastic new logo for our website which in turn will be the face of www.nwugc.com. For you the prize will be The Guardian pack, Clicking the link will provide what you will receive.

NWUGC will hold a contest for the design of a Logo of the same name. Visit www.nwugc.com to see what we're about and what we want to accomplish. This will provide a basis of your design.

Final file format must be an EPS file, or Encapsulated PostScript file. This will allow me to re-size the logo and not lose any quality.

Details:
  • Contest will run from 01 April 2013 to 25 April 2013;
  • Only the finalist will be contacted, I will comment on the forums though;
  • All submissions to be entered on the forums at www.nwugc.com, You must be registered on our website to use the forums;
  • Final file format must be an EPS file;
  • There is no limit on the number of entries that you can submit;
  • My vision: Retro style, movies, film, tutorial, anvil etc etc - you get the feeling now.

NOTE: You must be registered on our website to use the forums!
(sorry to use such big letters - People don't seem to be able to read the normal text)

    Hrrmmm... Your site doesn't seem to want to be recognizing that I am logged into your page... I am logged into wordpress, but your page sends me on a continuous login loop telling me to "Join Now"...

    Did you register on the website?

    You can not access the forums with out registering first.

    Ok I clicked through the main bits of the site that I could see (and it appears I have run across some of your foundry videos on youtube before!! :D ) Everything else seems like it works just fine and the site is awesome and has been promptly added to my bookmarks folder!

    this a good idea for people to learn about the foundry, but until the game launches or the nda is lifted, I would be careful on posting any videos or information on foundry tools and content as it is still under nda.

    Agreed and if you check the site, there are no videos to reflect the Foundry Tool-set or it's resources.

    Ok New forums added and integrated with the site, unfortunately, the colors are not the same. I will work on that as well.

    Just FYI if you weren't able to access the forums before, forums work now. And the first submission is in!

    I had removed the previous forums and change them with IPB Forum, and while it worked; it was very limited. I chose to go with a high end forums instead to provide stability for our users.

    Why do you have the forums set to be required to be logged in to even view them? Got myself locked out (must have used some wonky password) and now I have to wait 15 minutes to even try to log back in... cant even browse the forums meanwhile....

    There are the two separate areas, one for the public and one for our members. The private areas allow our members to share their ideas and comments with out fear of someone randomly just passing by and creating havoc.

    Do you expect that much trolling? Wouldn't it be easier just to moderate? I would think many people prefer to browse before registering to every forum they run across (I know I do). Seems like you are shooting yourself in the foot here. Especially considering the public forum is currently devoid of posts.
