Looking for guild: UK/EU, medium/small-medium size, voice chat

Hello,
I played many MMO's in the past and I know how crucial community is, therefore, I would like to find friendly and easy-going community before the game starts. As my past experience has showed me that I am more likely to stick with the game if I have people to play game with.
I am medium to hard-core gamer depending on my time limits at certain part of the year (I am still in university, therefore, during examinations and close to dead-lines I would be less available than usually). I have been playing MMO's for about 8-7 years now and have experience leading biggest guild in the game, with about 200 active players. However, I am tired of being surrounded with countless amount of players, therefore, I seek to find guild which would be medium to small-medium size. As I mentioned above I think community is crucial in MMO's this is why I want to find guild where players can play at the same time as I do, which is European times. I love real-time communication too, ever since I started using voice chats for MMO's I can't imagine playing one in a guild without it, therefore, I would prefer guild which owns one.
As for my personality and preference: I love PvP aspects in any MMO and the more different PvP styles I can encounter the better. PvE is like a job to get to this rewarding PvP part in the end-game. Even though I am often PvP oriented player, I still absolutely love PvE when I do it with friends or people I enjoy communicating with.
I am very easy to get a long with, so I never had problems to find such people.
Finally, if I can find enough people who are seeking for the similar guild, however, no one can offer one, maybe we could all just gather up and create one?
