    Case:

    The Plaintiff states that on the early morning of April 6, she discovered the Defendant's avatar pic. She alleges that the aforementioned pic bears a remarkable resemblance to the "Hamburglars."

    Because of this resemblance, the Plaintiff has a strong urge to drive down to the 24 hr Micky D's. This would be detrimental to the Plaintiff, because she should have been in bed two hours ago. The resulting stress and indecision on what to do has placed an unfair burden of duress on the Plaintiff.

    Findings:

    This Court has determined that the Defendant's Hamburglar hat is the cause of Plaintiffs Duress;
    Therefore the Defendant is hereby banned from this thread forthwith.

    Signed this 6th day of April, in the year of 2013.
