Failed to Register with Game Explorer

To the community; I am one of those invited that is getting the "account error" while my wife is playing just fine. Uninstalling and starting from scratch, I noticed that it is not installing correctly. I am receiving "Failed to Register with Game Explorer" Has anyone heard of that? and if so any ideas? Try to install the game in a differente folder. This worked for me.
