Guardian founder pack not received beta access information

I purchased the guardian founders pack, I received confirmation of the purchase but have not received any beta download link or beta key. reading the forums it seems other people have downloaded already and waiting to play?

    Can you use the link on the home page to download? Also check your junk folder seems to go there too

    thanks I didn't notice the sign up button had transformed into a download button :o beta keys dished out later?

    If you are using a different email on the account you login with then it will go there. Also go to 'The Game' tab and scroll down to redeem key and it will show you are accepted into the beta without needing to enter a beta key. The friend invite key will be sent to the accounts registered email if elligible.
    If all is well once logged in on the NW site the tab that once said access beta will now say download client.

    I am logged into the account, on redeem key I have

    Redeem Beta Keys
    If you have received a Neverwinter key, including beta keys, use the field below to activate your access. Once you have entered the information, your access will be activated immediately. Enter the key exactly as you received it, including dashes. Keys are not case sensitive.

    only email I have received was the purchased transaction, I have not received any beta key :(

    I have checked my email address on account and it is correct

    As a founder your account is granted access for Beta automatically mate. You will only recieve a beta key for friend access. You are already to go once your client is downloaded and patched.

    As stated, the Founder's Pack is automatically applied to your account. The only "key" you will be sent is your Friend Referral Key.

    Guardian of Neverwinter Pack and i got downlod and in stall game but when i press play it says i carnt play right now eny1 know y ?

    I buyed the Guardian Pack and i have the Download Button at the Mainpage. I have downloaded the game and patched it ..

    After launch i got the message "You are not allowed to play right now"

    Why?

    Okay, this is the third time I have read about a referral key, I did not get any emails with this referal key. So how do I go about gettiing mine?

    did you heroes pack ? if not, you dont get a key for a friend.

    Okay, I bought the Guardian. I get what they are trying to do. But those of us that spent money on the game already. This should be a part of the Guardian pack too. Frustrating!!

    I run game, log in, all patched up and get an error message saying 'you are not allowed to play right now'... servers down now or something?
