This is incorrect or at least poorly worded. The mount is one per CHARACTER not account and if you accidentally delete it you can indeed go reclaim it from the vendor (personal experience).

Thank You for the correction, I misread the description on the mount use. I am glad to see that you can reclaim it, should it be deleted for some reason.
I have to say I am still on the fence about buying my package. Given the free bag you get (and storage is such a pain in this game) is smaller that all the other bags you get in game and is the minimal size you can purchase (it should have been larger than what anyone else can get imo) it is a bage you will eventally discard...so long term, no value, same with the weapons, pretty much all the in game items you get become more inventory clutter because you do not want to toss them, and i get you could not make them be of extreame value because people will cry ptw..
But now the new deal on the mounts yet again diminishes the value of the package because the mounts all cost less. Yes, a spider looks cool. Since they keep putting in things to entice the community to spend more or feel better about what they spent, i hope they will toss a bone to those of us that stepped up to the plate and supported the game. I would do it again and i am not unhappy with the game or my purchase... just feel they marketing team was very very misleading in thier assessment of its value.
Can you still purchase the Founder's Pack? I have been trying for a week through pay pal and it never works. It simply says try a different method the moment I enter my user name / pw for paypal.

I had that error(invalid form of payment) when trying to use the quick checkout, that was a month ago. I had to log into my paypal account first and then use the link from the NW site and choose the long method and not the quick checkout. For some reason that mini window just doesn't seem to accept the user/pw.

Yes you can still purchase the Founder's packs. I just got the Guardian pack yesterday for my girlfriend's account. Something did go wrong during the payment process for me too but I called the support line and finally got the items on her character. Just an FYI... The support line sucks. You do not wait in queue like many support lines. You either reach someone or you have to call back. The system hangs up on you if no one is available.

I am a bit disheartened as well that the "Founder" pack which WAS listed as a limited time offer is still up for sale.
Oh well I figure if someone is as stupid as me to shell out almost $300 they deserve it as much as I do. Now I'm off to pre-order the new module.
