I am excited too unfortunately. I told myself not to get addicted to another MMO since Aion like four years ago, but this might break my resistance. O_O

I've been excited for weeks. ;) Probably going to get the 60.00 pack. Not interested in the spider or being like Drizzt. He's over-rated, in my humble opinion. :p Tried to get into other games while waiting and just couldn't get hooked on anything else. Hoping this game is everything it can be...

I agree about Drizzt, however I do want that spider and some of the other stuff with it. So I am buying the 200.00 pack mostly just because I can.

Why the Drizzt hate?? Yes the millions of copy cat xxdrizztxx idiot wannabes are lame but doesn't change the fact that the Drizzt story is the best in dnd hands down.

No hate. Just not quite as much love as you and others show for him. ;)

I'm a huge fan of the drow race. However, no offense to R.A. Salvatore - but I have never really "loved" the Drizzt character despite me loving all of his Novels that I have read. He tells great stories, even for characters that I don't necessarily like.

I'm much more a fan of the Baenre's, the late Quile Veladorn, and the legend of Menzobberra the Kinless - as evident by my Priestess NPC from my PnP Campaign that I plan on remaking in Neverwinter Online as a PC. :)

I used to think him cool, but now he seems just like an emo drow to me...

but yeah, the books are still nice.

I was studying sociology back in the day when I read about Drizzt and his early story in Menzoberranzan. I have very fond memories of those first stories. He seems a nice character there. One of these days I'll have to jump into Baenre realm...

I'm doomed in any case for loving drow as race (humans are my favourite though) and dual wielding (in any possible melee class).
