There's no name yet so we're taking suggestions.
We have less than 10 members and intend to have less than 50 so we will all know each other on a more personal level.
Our general guidelines and way we operate will be as follows!
- Light RP (have a personal and game relationship and know how to separate them just like tabletop D&D)
- An Oligarchy in most respects... but with all members (everybody should feel like a knight of the round table in respect to having their opinions heard and valued)
- Raidcall heavily recommended (we would like to build this community as much as possible pre-release and whether you talk or type is entirely up to you!)
- All alignments, classes, and races are totally cool in game (don't be a total jerk out of game)
- Guild drama has a 0 tolerance policy. If you have an issue deal with it maturely.
- I'd like the general guild theme to have something to do with attempting to reach a personal epic destiny which makes your journey with us more personal and flexible! You have plenty of time to come up with one and I know I'd love to hear some ideas as I have my own for my characters!
For any questions/comments/concerns you can get all of our Raidcall info etc from

Or you could just post here I guess... K thanks!

I have a group of about 10 close-nit buddies (about half of them long-term MMOers) who like to get together weekly and run. We typically have our own small guild and cultivate it very actively. But we generally rely on in-game voice-chat (ala DDO) or fall back to skype/vent.
I could have my work cut out for me getting them all to migrate to raidcall... And yet it looks like this might end up being one of the very few guilds could actually be a good fit for us.
As far as voice chat goes I highly recommend raidcall. Skype when lots of people are in call seems to get very laggy and resource intensive. Vent is good but I find the user interface for raidcall is just much more appealing to people who may be unfamiliar with voice chat software. Just my two cents
Main reason we fall back to Skype is that it's the lowest common denominator. Some of the guys love have and love vent... And have their own servers for it *shrug* But vent is... Not so intuitive and easy to get/keep working. Any kind of replacement is going to have to be the best of all worlds - easy to set up, bullet proof, low cpu/memory profile, hotkeyable, blah blah.
hope to see you on. we're willing to help you figure stuff out.
