Let us play a role playing game

Because of really low activity of previous tavern thread, this time let me introduce the game with some rules to make it tough and interesting. Hopefully people will get a place to spend some time during drought period in forums.

Game about:-
A place to roleplay. Only announced classes are allowed. A person can take "one action" only, and for actions, roll a dice. Lets say we will believe your roll (and your lie) for the number. Under certain conditions, the poster is also allowed one DM action for this thread. More in rules section.


Rules:

• 1. Only one character per account. If you want to make another character, your previous character must die (permanently) in the game.
• 2. Only the classes and races confirmed in the game are allowed.
• 3. If the previous post above you is less than hour, you get one free action for single post.
• 4. In case of simultaneous post, the post above will take precedence and the person who post second will have to edit or delete the post. [Delete post by editing and writing delete]. No bumps are allowed. No edits once the post is post(unless for simultaneous post) are allowed.
• 5. You can only take one action once per turn.
• 6. If post above you is 5 hours or less old, you can touch the other character(anyone whose post is within 5 hours range before you) in friendly way(like poking that person, friendly pat on back).
• 7. If post just above you is 10 hours old, you can introduce plot element by spotting, listening or perception. e.g. - detect lie, etc.
• 8. If post just above you is 24 hours old, you can use a daily power on a non-PC character.
• 9. If post above you is 3 days old, you can take a DM action (introduce monster etc.) until next DM is decided.
• 10. You cannot post twice simultaneously.
• 11. If it is a national holiday in your country(in RL), you can take a free action and may take two actions in a single post.
• 12. If you interact with a person, and that person does not respond within 3 days, you can assume that the person has fainted and send that person to nearest inn in neverwinter.
• 13. For every ooc comment, you spend 1 hp.
• 14. Each character starts with 10 hp.
• 15. Only starts after beta - every 10 posts in this thread increase your level by 1/3.
• 16. Rules are more of guidelines and flexible. suggestions for rules are not ooc but can be put in end for "thread's suggestions".
