Closed beta?

Is Neverwinter right now closed beta?
I got beta key and activated game but when i click on download now i cant click on any of links.

    The Closed Beta is not live yet- once we get closer to the launch of the CB more information will be sent out regarding how to download the game.

    Keep watching the website and forums for updates as well!

    Excellent in clarifying that. Silly question coming up, but what is different from "the website" and "the forums" when it comes to releasing CB information? Isn't the "forum" on the "website?"

    By "website" I mean the Neverwinter main page. But it is very hot which means my brain is a bit fried, so if that was not clear I apologize. Oh, the heat! *faints*

    The beta key seems a little odd. Do you investigate the key? Relevant skills are:

    History
    Arcana
    Thievery
    Dungeoneering


    (No, I'm not giving away a key. But this would be a really fun contest if I were- though how to prove the rolls...)

    Oh, and the DC is based on my level. I'm not telling what that is, and asking may or may not give a penalty to any further charisma based checks...

    I use my Arcana skill knowledge on the Beta Key.

    The key seems to be magically enhanced in some way, but you've never seen this before. It definitely sets your magic senses tingling, though.

    Hmm... Slashing with a two-handed dwarven axe reveals the beta key has a high evasion skill. :(

    Yes, honey pots- I MEAN.... beta keys...- are notorious min/maxers. all dex/cha, no wis/int. Not only can they hide well, but they're always at the top of the initiative list.

    Is it just me or is it not the coolest thing ever that the people working on this game are into D&D enough that they can make the same kinds of pen and paper jokes I do? Man, Neverwinter is going to be awesome.
