Old Timer's Guild

OTG is a mature guild open to folks 25 and up, we support a number of MMOs from WoW to Darkfall, and EVE to World of Tanks. We also have an active Fantasy Grounds 2 Virtual Tabletop chapter that is looking to get involved with Neverwinter... Come check us out!

    Wait a minute, I'm old?!? Aw man....

    To be honest, it doesnt surprise me in the least to see an even larger-than-usual "mature" (and oh, do I ever use the word loosely, myself especially) community here, since so many of us interested in this game are fans of the original NWN, plus about 10 years.

    I'm 38, very interested in playing some serious RPG, This game looks awesome.:D

    I have a few friends that have played AD&D with me for 25+ years. We were planning on starting a guild, but with real life, and leading another game... I figured I would offer my DM experience, and dungeon building love to another guild that would accept 6 of us =)

    I will send the leader a tell! Seeing we have been PnPing it for over 25 years I think we may be old enough to apply hehe.

    Hey, great to see the PnP spirit is alive and well. As I mentioned in the OP, we try to get in as much PnP as we can, but since we aren't all in the same area, we use a VTT (virtual table top) called Fantasy Grounds 2, and MapTools. Once you get aquainted with the guild, come down to the Role Playing Games forums and say, 'Hi!' we'd love to have you sit in on a game or two and see how it is played. I think you might be surprised how close it is to kitchen table playing.

    I agree, 36 here, and have been involved with D&D and NWN (1&2) for over a decade, and I look forward to this game release and an opportunity to join the ranks of the OTG.

    I'm not saying I'm old... but I have the original white box edition of D&D. I'm really looking forward to using the Foundry to build content.

    Hello, 35 played NW1 and 2 and will give this a try. I have been playing a lot of DDO so am familar with MMOs so I would like to join the guild and kick some butt.

    Nah, everytime we have friends over there are undead on the lawn, it's the living we have issues with. :eek:

    Over 40 here and still playing the original NWN game online. Looking forward to this and keen to be a member of the old farts guild

    Thanks a lot. We've got Three P&P games going at the moment, a strong DDO group and all kinds of other gaming fun!

    US, Anvilmar. There is a general WoW forum so you can chat them up. They are some great folks, too. (not as cool as our tabletop chapter though!) :)
