capes and wings appearances aren't working with Sanity preservation choker nor assassin's choker

Sanity preservation choker: I have tried every other appearance item and nothing seems to work wings, cape etc.., and I also have encountered this issue with the Assassin's Choker as well. please help me resolve this as I would love to use the capes and wings appearance.

Thanks for reporting! I will escalate it. We were already aware of this issue regarding the Assassin's Choker and Tentacle Eye artifacts, and we hope to fix this as soon as possible.
