scarlet#8170 Arc User

I have tried every other appearance item and nothing seems to work wings, cape etc.., and I also have encountered this issue with the assassin dice neck piece as well. please help me resolve this as I would love to use the capes and wings appearance. I have reported this issue only to have it sent to game master. no information or update yet.
