Unbound Mythic Enchants Turn-in Issue

We are aware of an issue where, after turning in unbound Mythic quality Lightning Flash, Refulgent Fortification, or Living Hex enchantments, players are unable to reclaim bound versions unless they had also previously turned in a Mythic Battle Tempered Enchantment in the past.

In order to prevent this from impacting more players, we have temporarily paused the ability to turn in the three affected enchantments. We have a fix in testing, and turn-ins will become available sometime after that fix goes live.

The backend tracking of these turn-ins is still functioning correctly, which means that as soon as the fix goes live, players who had turned them in prior to our action will be able to claim the bound versions.

It kinda makes you miss the old R15 enchantments; a simple enchantment system that just worked fine. Oh well...
