Chain - Forger’s Box - Totem

Hi @nitocris83 @lassor#2420 @percemer ,

I wanted to ask if you could fix the totem/Forger’s Box/chain issue for the loadouts. Every time I always have to wait 5-10m to be able to switch the loadout between the dps build (with totem) and the healer build (with Forger’s Box).

    While they're at it, can they please fix it so that an artifact on cooldown does not prevent a loadout change when that artifact is missing from the new loadout or in another slot. It is entirely possible under existing capabilities to have a cooldown stop and return when the item is returned to use and pick up where it left off (as things do when you log out on a character and come back in later), or if swapped to another slot continue with the cooldown as it was, as in when you change an encounter power on cooldown from one slot to another and it just jeeps ticking down in the new slot. We also have mount powers which when on cooldown are still able to be swapped to new ones and the old cooldown gets applied to the same slot with the new mount combat power.

    The fact some items on a cooldown make them stuck in place for the duration of that cooldown making it impossible to use loadouts is unacceptable and needs to be addressed as a MAJOR quality of life improvement. We have to wait at the campfire for an entire minute sometimes before boss fights or after them while others run ahead one man short, just because an arti on cooldown won't let us change over. This needed to be fixed ages ago but no-one is addressing it.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    Indeed, they did it on mounts, you can swap loadout even if mount power is on CD, the artifact and belt item issue is anyoning

    Shhhh!! Do you know what the 'fix' will be? You won't be able to do that with mount power anymore. :(

    They did sort of fix it, now you can do an "apply to all loadouts" on the item that is on cool down on your belt. the only real issue now is that items with a 10-minute cool down period are still on cool down when returning to a character after a few hours or signing back into the game after a day or two.

    That's not a fix if you have a loadout with different things on the belt.
