Spider Key

I can't buy spider key from my other toon. I'm playing mainly ranger, i decided to give a shot for my OP, I finished the second week on Northdark Reaches campaign, got the 2nd week reward of companion equipment choice pack, got enough currency to buy key but it says I gotta finish second of the campaign. Its stupid bug and as I heard from another people they got the same issue too. I'm like 4 keys behind just for now. I sent ticket they said to post it here, so here I am. Anyone got the same issue? or anything to solve my problem? Also we deserve a refund for this. Since I'm preparing my OP for Master Temple of the spider, I'll be missing too many keys by the time they solve the problem.

I am also having this issue. All my characters I took through the campaign after the patch to make the dungeon account wide cannot make Spider Keys. My main makes keys just fine. Two of my friends that just started the campaign on their alts also cannot make keys. To clarify, we have completed the second milestone and collected the reward for it and have coins. It gives the error "can only be purchased once a day and requires completion of the second milestone of the Northdark Reaches Campaign." Two of my alts with this issue are listed for you to reference below:

No problem @percemer ,

Yes, we completed all "yellow" quests related to the second milestone up to and ending with Into the Tower. We completed Into the Tower and also the weekly repeatable version of it. I don't remember the exact order of them all off the top of my head, but there are no other "yellow" quests given to any of us after Into the Tower. The next one available to me seems to be Breaking Bonds, which requires completion of the third milestone and I cannot pick it up right now.

Edit: The Dark Maiden gear, which also requires completion of the second milestone also gives the same error on these same toons. It appears whatever code flags the completion of the second milestone is either missing or wrong. I assume since the dungeon unlock was tied to the completion of this milestone, that patch is where the problem lies.

Hi, I have the same problem. I created a CW specifically to run mtos and it doesn't allow me to buy the keys even though it meets all the requirements. I already completed the dungeon with the character and I could only open the free chest. With two other characters I completed the requirements if I bought the keys.

I play on PS4 and the character is

Any updates on your end about this? Was hoping the fix would be in the next patch so we don't have to go another whole week without making keys. Kind of takes away some of the incentive to even run it if we can't get both chests at the end.

Try redeeming the purple companion gear pack (I think it is the second reward in the campaign). I could not buy the key either before I claimed that one.

One of my character did not redeem my companion Equipment choice pack and he could buy Spider key. He finished the whole campaign though.

We did this already. We haven't USED the pack from our inventory but we have claimed it out of the campaign window, which usually triggers the completion of the milestone but isn't for new characters going through since the last patch.

Absolutely no help from support or a refund on the keys we had to purchase terrible support....

Same issue. I joined up with someone on the second milestone quest-line that frees the little guy from the cage. I was on the first week milestone. They were able to complete it but now I am on milestone-six with no milestone-two completion. Can not by Keys or Maiden Gear. I have spent 12 Dragon Keys for MTOS dungeon. I also bout the 1500 Zen NorthDark pack thinking to get ahead on progression. But why progress in a campaign that can’t give you rewards? I think this is fraud at this point and should be reported the BBB. No fix. No estimate on when a fix will come, but still selling packs from Zen Store on a campaign that people can’t do. SMH. Customer Service stated they can not help and to report bug here. They will not refund zen due to using a health stone from the pack I purchased two-weeks ago. That was insightful. Not sure why have customer service if we are required to report bugs here.

I also can't buy the Dark Maiden's Assault Gaiters because it tells me that I haven't completed the 2nd milestone.
The truth is very disappointing to play like this, more than 20 races and I can't get a decent ring, in many none, and I can't get the team either. I hope they resolve this situation soon

It might help you to know that you also can't buy keys with characters created before mod24, but who got the 2nd milestone recently.

Hi @percemer, tyvm for the fix and update on this bug. Will there be any compensation for players who have been having this issue and have to spend lots of Zens to buy Legendary Dragon keys up to today in order to open the 2nd chest after boss fight completion in mToS? We are talking about lots of Zens which is not fair to have to spend due to a bug!
May you please look into compensation for players?

I’m on PlayStation and the bug still isn’t fixed. Now it won’t let me buy any spider keys on any of my toons that have completed the second milestone of the Northdark Reaches campaign. Any update on it being fixed?

I’m also not able to purchase spider key anymore myself after this mod dropped, I’ve ran mtos and purchased it daily since I have completed the northdark reaches campaign to open the end chest in the dungeon including my other toon. I’m on Xbox, I cannot post on forums and this is the only one I was able to find about the spider key issue. Otherwise I am able to purchase everything else in the northdark reaches store.

This is indeed not the case, and it seems to have broken worse. Now NONE of my toons can make keys, even ones able to do so before the release of M25. The Dark Maiden gear issue was resolved. Some additional info gathered from friends: one person who never took an alt through Northdark after the dungeon was made account wide (which broke the keys and gear on alts) can still make a key on her main character. It would appear the patch released to fix alts making keys made it so anyone who has an alt that couldn't make keys now no longer able to make keys at all on ANY character on the account. However, anyone who only has one toon or never took a second through to even realize there was a problem can make keys just fine on any toon they choose. I am on Xbox and here are the toons affected:

Asmodeus@SquishedTomato - my main who could make keys before the fix and now can no longer make keys

Juliana@SquishedTomato - my alt that could not make keys or gear and can now buy gear but still CAN'T make keys

Cersei@SquishedTomato - my other alt that could not make keys or gear and can now buy gear but still CAN'T make keys

Hi @percemer , after the update of Mod25, many of my friends and guildies also confirmed (same as SquishTomato mentioned above) that their toons can now buy gears from campaign store, but still can NOT buy Spider keys! So apparently the fix that you mentioned didn’t fix the issue of not able to buy spider key. Please have Devs Team review the codes and try to fix it. Thanks!
