Master of Svardborg/Cloaks Not Viewable.

For some reason, my cloak does not show at all. The only time it shows is during the preview. I just changed the cloak to my newly awarded 'Master of Svardborg' banner and it doesn't show either. Below are screenshots of Previewing (the only time it shows), Normal gear panel, and normal view. I cannot find any way for this to show at all. So, some help on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.

Assassin's Choker prevents neck visuals from showing. Been reported a few times.
