Tiamat Master - No Assistance Needed Bugged

Hello,
My team just completed Tiamat master run without using any of the gems - but at the end the "no assistance needed" achievement did not pop up.
I suspect that the problem was a spell that was cast but the dragon head died immediately and the spell cancelled as a result. Could it be that this thing is considered a gem was cleansed?
Would be nice if you could check it.
