Caverns of Karrundax - First boss - floor hides almost ALL the red

Pretty much, as the title says. The floor texture hides almost all of the red indicators during the fight with Pyraphenia the Firebrand, it's almost impossible to "stay out of the red", and avoid taking damage, because... you never know when you're going to get hit!

It's not the only place within the dungeon, but it's the most noticable.

Agreed and for Reapers Challenge, playing melee makes fighting the boss nearly impossible as you get one shot without warning.

There is a tell for that: the boss rise up the right foot, then stomp the ground.

The circle for Bastion of Health is also hidden (on xbox anyway).
