IN GAME MUSIC AND AUDIO CUES AWRY

Greetings. In most areas and lairs and digs etc I go into, including the Hell Pit, that the music from Vault of Stars is playing, sometimes at the same time as the local theme. Also in Vault of Stars and Lair of the Mad Mage the audio cues often are omitted. Anyone else having the same issues?

    Avernus weekly 'Memory' quest dialog boxes was showing up in PE even after O switched characters from the run who did the quest.
