Dragonflight not discounted

Currently we have the 20% guild mark cost discount active. But the cost of starting Greed of the Dragonflight is still 2500 as normal, so the discount is not applied there. As the description of the event clearly says "20% of ALL Guild Mark purchases", I would consider this a bug.

@nitocris83 Could we get some feedback on whether this is WAI or if it's actually a bug?
