Thank you for your patience as we work on resolving the issue with level 12 boxes not giving the Loadout Voucher. We hope to have a fix out soon but, in the meantime, any character that meets the criteria below will be able to claim one free Character Loadout slot from the Services category of the Zen Market:
This item will be available to claim while Neverember's Recruitment is live. Once the event is over, the item will disappear from the Zen Market.
The gift can be claimed by each and every character on an account that meets the criteria.
NOTE: The loadout slot is directly added to the character and does not go into the inventory first.
- Was created during the Neverember's Recruitment Event (this run or prior runs)
- Is level 12 or higher
- Has 9 or fewer loadout slots
This item will be available to claim while Neverember's Recruitment is live. Once the event is over, the item will disappear from the Zen Market.
