Summery vest replaces Northern Hero's garb top

Observed Result:
As the title states. It should not be doing this whatsoever as it replaces the costume with the wrong one.

Expected Result:
Northern Hero's garb top should look more like the armor it was and not a vest, and not be the same outfit as the vest.

Any male wearing the Northern Hero's Garb top is wearing the Summery Vest, instead. Happened when the event went live.
