Credit where credit is due, Drake mount animation restored

Thank you to the dev team for fixing the Drake mount animation. The weird bouncing wasn't a major issue, but every issue matters to someone.

Tested:

Guard Drake regular and purple
Imperial Rage, Shadow, Striped Rage
Dragonbone Golem

All good. The Dragonnel seems to still bounce but as it's new, can't say if that's intended.
