Drop rate of dryad hair from grove explorer chart is very bad .

Extremely bad drop rate of dryad hair resource from the grove explorer chart .
It's so bad that it seems that there must be a severely different co-efficient number allocated against the chance of getting dryad hair compared to the other resources .
Anyone else noticed this with this chart or are others getting their fair share of dryad hair resources .
The feywood log and the blightwood bark are basically the same drop rate as each other but the dryad hair is so low or even barely non existent in most runs that I do .

It's a lower drop rate. I've farmed over 150 maps from there during x2 professions, and always get much less of that. Usually ratio is around 2 log-2 bark-1 dryad hair. If you farm around 50 maps, thats 1200 total mats using the guild boon and x2 profession, and youll get around 200-240 dryad hair, in my experience. Sometimes lower than that.

Edit: Takes 52 dryad hair to make 1 batch of 2 woven fey leaf, with no fails and no dab hands. Thats 12 maps, minimum, to even try to make 2 woven fey leaf?

Explorer Charts never had an evenly distributed drop chance across their materials. What's funny is that it seems almost arbitrary and is not connected to how often they are used in the Masterwork system.

That's why same gear pieces (weapons, armor, etc) for different classes always had vastly different price tags attached to them because the very basic materials differed in rarity. The only thing you can do is track your loot, figure out the chance and buy the Charts you need or have the most value on the market.

That's the whole reason I got out and gave up on Mastercraft, I didn't like gathering resources!

I wished they would offer a secondary explorer's charts (Adventurer's Maps) your Artisans (Adventurer's) could go and gather for you as well when 2x was on! Then maybe I'd get back into Mastercraft!
