Recent Bard fixes were partly reverted

The following bard fixes from @rgutscheradev were reverted with the release of Module 23.

• Sheltering Etude can be applied to companions and NPCs (this shouldn't be the case as stated in this thread, should only be applicable on players)
  
• Bard stays in combat as long as Bard's companion is affected by Songs
  

Those are just the visible ones, not sure about what else was reverted under the hood.
