Wizard Ice Knife: Not shown since M23 June 14th, in Dragon Hunts!

In fact I didn't even see it PROC, only eat my Action Points; certainly not any damage either as best I could tell... ...or it's minor for Dragons!

This mostly NOT seen in the Dragon Hunts in Single Player Queue. Granted it's probably wiser to use Arcane Empowerment, I did see Arcane Singularity, yet Ice Knife couldn't be seen at all against the Dragon mostly! I also didn't notice any damage either, as best I could tell, and it's the Single Target (go to) Daily to inflict pain on an Enemy Boss.

I've heard some say they don't see it at all anywhere, yet I do see it in Storm Kings Thunder, yet it's a bit less visible than it was prior to M23 for sure!

This seems similar to Fireball, that has been broken for 1-2+ years easily; that you never see it being generated, cast or thrown.

This mostly seems to effect Dragon Hunts, either Single Player or in a Queue with 3 others. Yet I can see Ice Knife almost everywhere else, (most) of the time.
