Just an idea but Why don't you all do a patch to give us a chat tab Linked to our friends list that way we can Make parties invites a lot easier

    Set up your channel and ask your friends to join that channel. This is what players have been using for years.

    They can't do what you ask because it would be a mess. You have friend A and friend B. But friend A is not a friend of friend B. Friend A has a friend C who is not your friend. The communication will be a mess because friend A can't see what friend B says. So, some time you will get a random message and have no idea what it is all about.
