I will put it plain and simple. The price is way too high to create Woven Whiskers. 15 Displacer Beast Whiskers - a drop that only drops from VoS bosses. Sometimes. And you need a whole 15 of them for just 2 Woven Whiskers.
There is a chance to fail, there are players who want +1 versions - and Cleric weapons are one of the biggest examples of how bad this is. You need 2 thorned ornaments and 2 crystalline (3 woven whiskers for 2 each) and 4 woven whiskers for set. A total of minimum 75 whiskers.
There is not even enough on the auction house!
I'd like to suggest reducing the cost to 3 per 2 woven whiskers, to bring it much closer in line with other materials.
It's a huge issue for crafters and needs to be resolved ASAP.
