Echoes of Prophecy in Past Events list?

Is it possible to get Echoes of Prophecy added to the Past Events list and be able to claim rewards from it, in the manner which Redeemed Citadel (and other events) have shown up in Past Events previously?
Myself and at least 3 other players I know of completed it near the very end of the available time. What with time constraints, I claimed some of the rewards but didn't have time to sort out where all of them should go, and so didn't end up claiming everything.
It seems that if someone is going to pay for a Battle Pass, and spend the time to complete the event, and since we have a Past Events section anyway, it doesn't appear to add any value to the game to remove the ability to claim your rewards the very morning after the final completion date.
