No idea how to do that, but the crashes look random. I did a dungeon without crashing then did a skirmish and crashed once. Sometimes I was just standing in a public area doing nothing for several minutes and game crashed. Later played for 2 hours without crashing.

When you bring the launder, use the 'Option' on top and choose force verify.

Thanks, I did that, but the game still crashed couple times later.
Yesterday updated Windows (Windows 10 Home, Version 21H1, 64 bit). Then played Neverwinter for 2 hour without crashing. Today played also about 2 hours, no crash yet.
It's possible that windows update fixed something (or windows ruined something before, because was preparing updates maybe).
This is what was updated in case interested:

In my experience, when there is a pending Windows pending, Windows can act weird. No, the weirdness is not limited to the Neverwinter game.

Most recent PC patch was May 5 - the maintenance on Wednesday of last week was a quarterly server maintenance done for all Cryptic games but had no content updates for NW, but I'll keep an eye on this thread in case any additional details come up!
I have no idea why the game keeps crashing since maintenance. I log in, invoke and when trying to swap toons or swap instances it crashes.
Try updating your Driver. I know there was no update, and despite download and restarting to TRY Neverwinter again after a 2+ year Hiatus. I launched fine last Monday thru Thursday, though sometimes I do get the BLACK SCREEN that never displays the Cryptic Logo and sit there forever; yet usually you only see that ONE time.
Today I saw it 3x in a ROW (which never happens) it's always only ONCE.
I tried updating drivers from Nvidia 511.79 to 512.77 and things now Start. Yet last week or two even before updating to latest driver in Star Trek Online I never see the Black Screen anymore, or if it goes BLACK, something gives it a kick to then display the Cryptic Logo and continue. That doesn't happen though in Neverwinter.

For the forum, it is a bit better if you come in through playneverwinter.com.
So far, I have no clash.
