Professions achievement for artificer journeyman still set at level 40 - cannot be achieved

in Bug Reports (PC)
as title says. all the others were set to 10 during the big professions reset (mod 20?) and are achievable.

    Artificing: Apprentice should not be level 20 neither. It should be 5.
