RANGER | CORDON OF ARROWS | ZERO CRIT CHANCE | 100% REPLICABLE
-As title, the skill Cordon of Arrows got his crit chance set to Off, the skill itself got a low magnitude and as it hit something it will NEVER Crits and Roots after the hit are NEVER Critical.

    Explains why one of my favorite powers feels weak using it. I miss old trapper mod 15 Cordon/Plant Growth :)
