Unresolved Masterwork Issues

With Sharandar Masterwork live on PC and more changes potentially coming in Mod 23 I thought this would be a good time to highlight some issues that are still unresolved.
- Materials Exchange
The exchange for old Masterwork materials is extremely unfair. Not only is everything devalued to 1/10 of what it was, but the way items are tied to each other (Spruce Resin x10 for 1x Lakh Resin etc.) makes no sense. If you don't have at least ten of a particular material you can't even exchange them. With the new changes all of the Chultan items also have very little value now which further compounds the issue.
In the past when items were removed from the game (Bondings, old enchantments etc.) the exchange felt somewhat fair, and I don't know why this courtesy was not extended to Masterwork. Masterwork is extremely expensive and time-consuming by design and feeling cheated after all that work leaves a very sour taste.
This could be easily fixed with a credit exchange similar to what exists in the workshop for old materials. The 10 to 1 exchange should also be reconsidered as it's not as if older charts took ten times less time to grind guild marks for or to farm out.
- Old Charts
This ties into the above issue. There should be a simple exchange for old charts, either for new charts or for items that can be bought with guild marks. Running old charts bought with guild marks just to get 1/10 the amount of materials you have collected is not something that anybody wants to do.
- Old Supplements
This is specifically about the Essence of Calm, Essence of Haste etc. These items were used to make Distilled Philosopher's potions which are very important for Masterwork. The recipes for Distilled Philosopher's Potions were changed and the Essences can't be used for anything now. These Essences were crafted by using supplements which drop from lockboxes and are even sold on the ZEN market. There should be a way to exchange these for something of equivalent value.
Hopefully these issues and others can be looked at as Masterwork seems to be getting some very overdue attention.
