Day of the Dungeon Master - 2nd week

How do you get an additional participation token in the 2nd week of Day of the Dungeon Master?

Is it by doing one of the Evaluator Game challenges (daily race, respen's marvelous game, game mastery challenge, daily evaluation) for chances of caches of kobolds? I have been running them and only getting refinement gemstones. so do these have a % chance in the 2nd week to give you another participation token?

or is it by running a trial queue? (rock falls/trial of traps/artificer workshops/...)

by the way, does it make any difference at all which trial is run thoughout this event for purpose of getting the daily appointment event participation? could we conceivably just run a daily trial of traps thoughout all 21 days?

I heard every week was suppose to have a different one, but no answer you get will have much to do with reality.

In Harvester you get the extra token as a drop from the fight.

I have not been able to get it in Dungeon Master - did not really go looking though.

Pick up the quest in PE, then do a Portabello Dungeon (pick from the ones available in the queue window) to get 2 tokens. That opens up the other quest guy with 4 quests, each of which had a chance to grant another token (can earn up to 2 additional). I think that's how it works.
