in Bug Reports (PC)
there is something wrong with the in game support where you can start a ticket. I don't know how many times it wouldn't let me send the report because of profanity when there wasn't a shred of profanity in it. I said the river district was being unkind tonight so I was doing something else I couldn't finish. How is that profanity. One is already annoyed that one had to make a ticket and then not to be able to, until they go to the support page is even more annoying.

    The list of words or string of letters captured in-game as profanity is broad in order to catch creative spellings to bypass filters. While we understand it is not as convenient, submitting a ticket through the support portal is recommend.
