Request for confirmation pop-up for Apply-all button

I currently have 9 total loadouts, based on situation, for my fighter. When I'm in the manage all companions screen the "close" button is sitting in the same spot as the apply all button. In the last month, I've now had to fix my builds 3 times, down to bothering with only 5 of my loadouts as its too much to remember and have to fix every time this happens.

All I'm asking for is a simple confirmation pop-up to avoid this from happening in the future.

Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing with the close/apply all button? Thank you!

Close and Apply to all loadouts are both on the bottom right of their respective HUD. Its simply too easy to accidentally hit the apply all button which then instantly applies everything. While I've never accidentally hit the apply all on mounts or appearance, it would be nice to have a confirmation pop-up for those as well.
