Dauting Light is sometimes not working.

It seems to specifically happen against a mob that contains an Ambush Drake and if that Drake has gone "invisible". Whether I target the drake upon its return or another enemy (Drake Handler) with Daunting Light, the power consumes Divinity and any pips, counts towards my stacks for Perfect Balance but now beam of light and no damage dealt.

All tests conducted in Well of Dragons using an Arbiter Cleric with augment.

Test 1:
Engage a mob that contains no Ambush Drakes.

Expected Result : Daunting Light (normal), Daunting Light (Focused Light) and Daunting Light (Lightspeed) funtion as expected.

Observed Result : Daunting Light (normal), Daunting Light (Focused Light) and Daunting Light (Lightspeed) funtion as expected.

Result : Pass

Test 2:
Engage a mob that contains one or more Ambush Drakes. Allow Ambush Drake to go invisible.

Expected Result : Daunting Light (normal), Daunting Light (Focused Light) and Daunting Light (Lightspeed) funtion as expected.

Observed Result :
............................Daunting Light (normal) works as expected.
............................Daunting Light (Focused Light) consumes divinity but no light beam and no damage dealt.
............................Daunting Light (Lightspeed) works as expected.

Interesting observation : Ambush Drake was invisible but I was close enough to be able to see Ambush Drake. I was able to target the Ambush Drake with Forgemaster's Flame. Forgemaster's Flame consumed divinity, pips and increased my stack but the power did not drop an anvil from the sky and did not deal damage to the enemy. Forgemaster's Flame worked as expected against an enemy that had no "invisibility" power.

Result : Fail. Daunting Light (Focused Light) and Forgemaster's Flame failed to create their specific visual effects and failed to deal damage.

Test 3:
Engage a mob that contains one or more Ambush Drakes and defest Ambush Drakes before they go invisible.

Expected Result : Daunting Light (normal), Daunting Light (Focused Light) and Daunting Light (Lightspeed) funtion as expected.

Observed Result :
............................Daunting Light (normal) works as expected.
............................Daunting Light (Focused Light) [targetting a VISIBLE Ambush Drake that had NOT gone invisible] consumed Divinity but did NOT create beam of light or deal damage to enemy. Targetting an Assassin Drake with Daunting Light (Focused Light) also consumed Divinity, consumed pips and increased Perfect Balance stack yet failed to create the attack effect or deal damage to the enemy.
............................Daunting Light (Lightspeed) works as expected.

Result: Fail.

Test 4:
Engage a mob that contains one or more Ambush Drakes. Allow Ambush Drake to go invisible. Defeat "Ambush Drake Mob" mob and quickly engage another, mob whilst still marked as "in-combat", that does NOT contain an Ambush Drake.

Expected Result : Daunting Light (normal), Daunting Light (Focused Light) and Daunting Light (Lightspeed) funtion as expected.

Observed Result :
............................Daunting Light (normal) works as expected.
............................Daunting Light (Focused Light) [targetting a Drake Handler] consumed Divinity but did NOT create beam of light or deal damage to enemy.
............................Daunting Light (Lightspeed) works as expected.

Result : Fail.

Unique observation: Targetting an Ambush Drake that had become invisible and then visible again, Forgemaster's Flame seemed to impact the enemy considerably higher than the normal hit-box for an Ambush Drake.

Preliminary conclusion:

A secondary "hit-box" surrounds the Ambush Drake that allows the game to alter the material and thus mask/hide the drake unless the player overlaps this "hit-box". It might be worth investigating the properties of this hit-box to see if it's having an impact on single-target encounter powers that require a targetted enemy to cast.
Initial suspicions are that the "masking hit box" allows the power to consume divinity/pips and increase Perfect Balance stacks but is not passed to the next sub-routine that performs the actual attack (creating on-screen visuals and dealing damage).
This suspicion is reinforced by the observations on Forgemaster's Flame dealing no damage on a hidden Ambush Drake with the player having overlapped the "masking hit box" and the higher-than-normal impact area when said Ambush Drake was visible again.
I further suspect that this "masking hit box" was applied to all drakes (Assassin, Rage and Guard) which results in Daunting Light (Focused Light) to have the observed bug.
