No choice pack from draconic key bundle update

I previously bought the draconic key bundle, before the helm choice pack update.
I checked the claim agent and there isn’t a choice pack available.
Pretty sure i bought 2 bundles as both my characters have the old helm.
Please help.

Per the announcement post, the pack won't be available on console until tomorrow March 15
