After 4 Weeks nothing happend.....neither did i get my lure back nor any informations on this one....

Same thing happend 30 minutes ago --->>> like 4 weeks ago.....ive wasted about 15 Millions to get the HAMSTER Ribcages for Guild Mates!!!
In general we did 5 T3s without a Ribcage (Which HAMSTER came up with this RNG?" But on the worst --->>>

We did it 1 time sucessfully and on the second time boss despawned again after a few seconds??? WHAT IS THIS???
IM SUPER MAD RIGHT NOW!!! TRUST ME!!! Weeks and days of excessive farming/trading/buying for NOTHING!

START TO ADRESS THIS PLEASE! And make sure we get our Raumachs Phylacteries back!
Its been 2 of them now... wasted for nothing - absolute nothing.

THIS is far beyond..... FAAAAR beyond "Ok"


Those Lures are like 3.5-4 Mil of AD - some people even sell it for 4x Coalescent Mote.

What kind of message is this to the playerbase? Get this done pls.

This is where you're running into the severe support limitations of Cryptic regarding day-to-day issues. It takes weeks for such a bug to get escalated, investigated, reproduced, fixed, tested, and deployed. Much more if the issue isn't deemed important, which might be the case here because it's not affecting too many individual players. Also it's surely not easy to trace without knowing the exact instance and time of the (de)spawn.

So this is one of the examples where an issue is highly frustrating for players (because you lose AD or weeks of invested time), but not as important for Cryptic to push it on top of other, more mainstream, issues.

That said, an update after a month is not too much too ask for. But we've been lobbying for better communications since forever and little has changed. Julia really only comes in once per week for an hour or so and then only comments on a fraction of the posts. Maybe more is processed internally, but who knows. Unfortunately it is what it is and won't likely change. Maybe you should try your luck and HAMMER support and shoot PMs to game officials and mods where you can find them (Discord, Reddit, PMs, etc.). They'll say it won't help, but trust me it does. You have to be an annoying prick to get anywhere around here.
