Dragonscale Helm Bugged

Hey devs,

I tested the Ivory Dragonscale Helm on my Paladin. It isn't properly providing the 15% Max HP in temporary HP.

You do get a bit of yellow on the left side of your health bar, but it disappears as soon as you take any damage at all. For example taking less than 300 damage in my testing, while I had over 145,600 max health (Neverdeath Graveyard testing).

The Crimson Scalebreaker's Raid Hood was supposed to give 5% Critical Severity for 10s after killing an enemy. Not working either, the buff appears the 5% doesn't add in stats...
