Lower versions of artifacts not count as collected in collections after obtaining mythic version.

I collected full collection of mythic unbinded artifacts, so here is the list of artifacts which fill only mythic version of artifact after obtaining:

Fixes to this are ongoing but I'll check with most up-to-date status.

I got a fragmented key of stars yesterday and the message appeared to say it had been added to collections... but when I looked under artifacts, the whole section for river district artifacts is missing. I know sometimes the sections get consolidated... maybe this one got left out of a list somewhere...

It is another bug. The separate page with the river district artifacts really exists, but it is hidden from players (same as the collection pages with pre-Mod6 gear)
