Dear Community Manager: Please hear our voices about the bard.

It is so frustrating to love a class that the community has deemed "the worst heals" or refuses to pick you up just because they have only had bad experiences with bard healers. Through all the bugs with this class, I have been able to achieve flawless ToMM, Zariel, VOS and will soon complete Crown, so I understand how it works and how the class is supposed to work. This class has gotten no update to the GAME BREAKING bugs that occur within the class. The sheltering etude is broke, the rejuvenating carol is too low of magnitude and now in Crown, the AOE red circles just disappear randomly.
I try my best to advocate for the small bard community, but it is getting to a point where I am feeling attacked because I like to play a certain class that has flaws, but has the potentiality to be one of the better classes in the game if the cryptic team would put a bit of time into fixing the things that they released KNOWINGLY having bugs. These bugs were there in preview. They are now in live and have been in live for MONTHS. As a content creator, I love being able to share this game with others and help players out in the community, but there is no words that I have in terms of this other than: I'm disappointed in the lack of response to this matter that has been months overdue for a fix. Do better.

Bard feedback and issue reports have been escalated and I know the team has discussed spending some time focusing on the class. It's honestly is a matter of scoping the amount of work and time necessary among all the other development work on the roadmap. But please be assured that we are aware of the concerns and player sentiment.

Well honestly, if you want to gain the sympathy of your players, you might just want to listen to them for once...

We know it's about the scope of a release and your roadmap but that doesn't mean anything.
The scope can be changed. But your management prefers other choices.

All we get is constant rework of parts of the game which work fine anyway. But you feel they need to be changed so that players are no longer capped and they have something to work on and potentially spend some money. I honestly believe your management will never learn what's obvious to everyone else - that satisfied players are more willing to spend money in the game, than unhappy ones.
