Enchantment Loadout Swap Missing

When I swap loadouts. I constantly have to reslot Enchants because they're "missing" but they're not. Here's an example.
I remove all my Garnet enchants on all 4 loadouts I have and they're in my inventory stacked nicely
I then start to slot them.. and I get this
Inventory is not full, nothing in overflow and ever one of my bags has slots open.
All slotted.
Swap to my DPS loadout
all enchants go back to inventory.
Swap back to my Heal Loadout
Enchants are still in inventory and now red.

Will fix it.. but this still doesn't fix the problem of having multiple diff enchants on diff loadouts.
Cryptic, how long will take you to fix this???? i am paying for this game, and everything is still broken, you are not treating your customers / players seriously, i am already sick of it.
Stop putting things live that aren't ready.
